   Poor Tex keeps getting shuffled down the priority list as things come up.  I'd really like to find him a good show home with someone who has the time we don't have what with all our babies, hay, and kids.  Tex has really roaned out and we finally got his papers upgraded!!  Whoo-hoo...took long enough, that's for sure!

This guy is just super nice though, and has a wonderful, laid back temperament.  He loves people, loves being worked with and will make an awesome youth horse as he gets some maturity on him.

We have started working with Tex on ground basics for riding, but it is slow going with all the rest of the demands on our time.  Tex is for sale at $3500,  negotiable to a show home SOLD to Rachel and Ricky Almendinger.  I don't think Tex could have been luckier with his new owners!  We wish them the best with both Tex and Prissy!   He is enrolled in the ApHC's Breeder's Trust Incentive as well as the ApHC's FPD program.

  Tex has a maternal half-brother who holds a National Halter Title, World and National Champion lines on both sides, ApHC Hall of Fame lines on both sides...he's set!  He has 7 paternal siblings who have earned points in Open Halter, FPD Halter, Most Colorful and Hunter in Hand, with the oldest only being 4.
